HDPE drainage pipe installation requirements:

4. When the HDPE drainage pipe passes through obstacles such as railways and highways, a sleeve should be provided to protect the pipes.
5. When the pipe installation and laying project is interrupted, the pipe mouth should be closed with a wooden plug or other cover to prevent debris from entering the pipe.
6. When welding pipe fittings, the heating head with the size of the pipe to be welded should be assembled on the welding machine, connect the power supply, wait for the heating head to reach the optimal temperature of 260 ° C, and insert the pipe and pipe into the welder at the specified time. After heating, take out the pipes and fittings after heating and connect them immediately. When the pipes and fittings are matched, if the two are not in the correct position, you can make a small amount of adjustment within a certain period of time, but the twist angle should not exceed 5 degrees.
Several issues to be aware of:
1. When laying pipelines, try to avoid crossing corroded and polluted pipeline sections. Casings must be installed when crossing pipelines.
2. During construction in rainy seasons or areas with high groundwater levels, prevent pipelines from floating.
3. Pipe trench backfilling should be compacted layer by layer. If the pipeline crosses the road, in order to avoid crushing the pipe body, all the coarse sand can be backfilled at the top of the pipe.
4. The pipe has good toughness and flexibility. When installing, you should make full use of this point for laying. Generally, the bending and buried radius R of large-caliber pipes should be greater than 30D. However, no fittings such as pipe fittings, valves, water meters, etc. should be installed in the bent parts. .
5. During the construction process, the welded parts of the pipes and fittings should be cleaned in time to avoid insecure hot-melt bonding caused by water, sand, dust, etc. coming into contact with them; at the same time, the hot-melt depth should be marked on the pipes with a pencil.
6. Like other plastic pipes, hdpe drainage pipes should be protected from direct UV rays.
